Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Weightful ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Weightful is a weight tracking application that allows you to:

• Log your weight using camera-based scanning or manual entry
• Store weight data in Apple Health
• View weight trends and statistics
• Set and track weight goals
• Receive daily reminders
• Access your data on Apple Watch

Weightful is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The app is designed for general wellness and fitness tracking purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health, diet, or exercise routine.

The AI-powered insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions and Payments

Weightful offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Weightful, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Weightful and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Weightful, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weightful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any errors or omissions in the app's content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
